Britcon is pleased to announce its appointment by Laver Leisure to deliver a new three-storey building as part of the company’s ongoing expansion of leisure facilities in Ingoldmells, Skegness.
The development will include:
- Staff accommodation across the ground and first floors
- A self-contained apartment on the second floor
- New car parking facilities
- Landscaping works to enhance the surrounding environment
This project forms part of Laver Leisure’s broader investment in the region, aimed at improving infrastructure and enhancing the visitor experience at one of Lincolnshire’s most popular coastal destinations.
Construction is now underway, with completion and occupation expected by early summer.
