To support compliance, assurance and performance management, we use a range of digital tools, including Compliance Chain and Constructionline, to monitor competence, accreditation, documentation and ongoing suitability. We also work collaboratively with suppliers and subcontractors to provide clear expectations, effective onboarding and ongoing support, helping to drive continuous improvement and upskilling across our supply chain.
