AMP8 represents a major uplift in investment and delivery activity for Northumbrian Water. To build the capacity and capability required, Northumbrian Water has expanded its delivery ecosystem by appointing a wider group of partners to support delivery across its operating areas, including the North East and Essex & Suffolk. AMP8 delivery is set up to be flexible and responsive. Delivery partners primarily support Northumbrian Water’s in-house Integrated Delivery Services team, helping deliver lean, agile, short‑term schemes and repeatable packages of work. This integrated approach combines in-house knowledge with partner capability to improve pace, consistency and outcomes.
