Joint developers, Priority Space and H.G. Sites required the construction of the first phase of their 45,000 sq. ft speculative development at Avro Park, Doncaster Sheffield Airport.

The centre, operated by Peel Group, is already well established with over 100 existing occupiers.

Our team is currently on site undertaking works to construct 12 light industrial units ranging in size from 1,250 sq. ft to 2,250 sq. ft with yard space. The first phase is on track for completion Autumn 2019.

The team expects to progress phase two before the end of the year delivering further units offering 5,000 sq. ft up to 20,000 sq. ft.
