At Britcon, we recognise that the quality and performance of our supply chain are critical to the success of the projects we deliver to our customers. As a result, we have developed a regional and national supply chain with expertise in delivering across the full spectrum of sectors we work in.
We are committed to ensuring that our supply chain is sustainable and delivers maximum economic benefit to both the local economy and individual projects.
We are confident in the capabilities of our supply chain, enabling us to consistently deliver to a very high standard and surpass the expectations of our clients.
Selection and Suitability
The selection and suitability of our supply chain members are undertaken through a robust due diligence process designed to minimise risk for both Britcon and our customers.
Britcon has a mature and established supply chain database containing only approved and accredited supply chain members across all classifications of work we undertake. These classifications consider factors such as:
- Expertise and experience
- Ability to add value through a proactive and collaborative approach
- Health and safety performance
- Commitment to locality, training, and apprenticeships
- Current financial standing
- Availability and future workload
We fully recognise the importance of delivering local spending on the projects we work on within the community. Where practical, we ensure these needs are met to support local economic requirements in commerce and job creation.
Joining Our Supply Chain
We believe that our supply chain membership should focus on retention and development. This means we continually build new relationships and partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors. If you have never worked in partnership with Britcon before, why not contact our procurement team?
