Early Careers

Whether you are just leaving school or college or looking for graduate positions, we have a variety opportunities available. Roles can be office or site based and range from work experience and apprenticeships.

Armed Forces

We believe that the transferrable skills and attitude that you will have developed as a member of the armed forces can bolster the construction industry and we recognise that these skills, such as problem solving, working under pressure and teamwork, which will have become part of everyday life in the military, will go far in the construction industry.

At Britcon (UK) Ltd we are looking to help and support the transition of ex-military into civilian life. We are signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant and actively encourage people from all backgrounds to join our team.

Employee Engagement

Regular staff surveys are being generated through Westfield Health where we actively encourage opinions and truthful feedback. This is then fed into the senior management team meetings and an action plan to address any issues that our employees may raise is developed, with the intention of making Britcon (UK) Ltd an even better place to work.

Staff and Training

Our staff are our biggest asset and we are committed to ensuring our staff receive continual personal development and making sure skills and capabilities are kept up to date and we provide all the support and specialist training to those who require it to do their job function, as well as embracing a new approach to doing things, particularly with innovation and technology.

We take Health and Safety very seriously and review training periodically to ensure all employees receive training to keep their skills current and all certificates up to date. Providing additional training for specific projects if required.
