The Ginetta Park development comprised the full 'design and construction' of 4no flexible industrial units with a combined GIA of 25,316 sq ft.

These units constructed for the Hunt Family Pension Scheme were developed on a speculative basis with occupation taken by a single 'blue chip' occupier shortly after completion.

Built to a high standard the units included many environmental and sustainable feature including high levels of insulation in the building fabric, solar reflective double glazed windows and waste bin / recycling areas.

Other notable features included full security perimeter fencing enclosing a generously sized dedicated service yard and car parking.

The units were constructed on the building footprint of a previously fire damaged, demolished and cleared site utilizing the existing external works and service utility routes.
