Lidl Leicester

For Lidl’s fourth store in Leicester Britcon converted an existing retail site on Burton Street at the junction of St George’s Way and Humberstone Road.

We reconfigured three units to relocate an existing Staples store on the site and provide a new purpose-designed 1,860m2 store for Lidl. Britcon provided a new roof, new entrance, and modern external cladding works with curtain wall glazing. It also includes new mezzanine levels within a complete internal fit out and provide new external parking facilities.
