Works Scope

The first phase of work (under separate contract to the main works) was to create a new access road onto site to allow a new industrial warehouse to be constructed. The scope of works consisted of new 278 works road junction onto an adoptable carriageway.

This included diverting existing utility services within the payment to allow the new access road to be created. Works included tactile paving, road gullies, kerbing, surfacing and making good landscaping/planting areas.
