We proudly supported Prostate Cancer Awareness Week, raising awareness across our teams and encouraging open, informed conversations around men’s health and wellbeing.
Through a programme of internal communications, awareness sessions, and shared resources, we supported our colleagues in understanding the importance of early detection, recognising key symptoms, and taking proactive steps towards regular health checks. These initiatives ensured that important information was accessible to colleagues across all offices and sites, helping to build awareness and confidence around a subject that is often not openly discussed.
As a family business, we believe in creating a supportive and inclusive working environment where the wellbeing of our people is a priority. By encouraging open conversation and helping to remove stigma around men’s health, we continue to foster a culture where individuals feel informed, supported, and empowered to take positive action.
Supporting Prostate Cancer Awareness Week forms part of our wider commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing. Alongside our civil engineering, steel, and building activities, we place equal importance on supporting our people beyond the workplace, recognising that a healthy workforce is central to long term success.
Our approach is built on providing the right information, access to support, and opportunities for engagement, ensuring that wellbeing is embedded throughout our business. This reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a positive working culture where individuals can thrive both personally and professionally.
By supporting initiatives such as Prostate Cancer Awareness Week, we continue to demonstrate our commitment to our people and the communities we serve. It reinforces our values as a family business, where care, responsibility, and support sit at the core of everything we do.
